All limited edition prints ship for a flat $15. Our team packs and insures the piece, then ships via US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?
All limited edition prints, home decor, jewelry, and accessories ship from the Globetrotter Gallery fulfillment center in sunny Tucson, Arizona. We are located just west of I-10 off the Grant Road exit, in the Airstream Life Store building.
All original artworks are shipped directly from the artist.
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?
All orders except original artworks are shipped from our fulfillment center in 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed.
Original artworks are typically shipped in 2-4 business days, directly from the artist. If you are contacted by the artist within 3 days of purchasing an artwork, contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We use UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. We choose the carrier that offers the best shipping rate based on your package size and geography.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
When placing your order, you have the option of being notified by text or email. Provide your cell phone number or email address to be updated about when your order has shipped, and its delivery status.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order before it's been shipped. Just send us a note on Live Chat (you'll find the Chat button on the bottom right of our home page) or email us: email@example.com.
After our team has shipped your order it cannot be canceled.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ARTWORK OR OTHER GALLERY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Our team and our artists follow common-sense packaging guidelines, as well as insure the artwork for damage.
If your artwork or accessory arrives damaged, please contact the Airstream Life Store, 802-877-2900 extension 1 or firstname.lastname@example.org, to coordinate the return. For more about returns, review our Return Policy.
Please do not ship the item back to us without first contacting us to arrange the return.
MY DELIVERY WAS STOLEN FROM MY HOME/SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
We understand how frustrating and disappointing this can be. If our system has notified you that the shipment was delivered by the carrier, you must contact the carrier to resolve the issue and/or file a claim.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Delivery times for all products except original artworks vary, based on your geographic proximity to Tucson, Arizona and the shipping carrier, but typically our customers receive their orders in 4-7 business days from the date their package was shipped.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Limited edition prints are fragile, so we typically package them separately from other gallery shop items.
Original art ships directly from the artist, and is packaged individually.
If you order jewelry, home decor, or gifts, we try our best to package all items in one package. Occasionally, for logistical reasons, items will be sent in separate packages. If that happens, you'll receive tracking numbers for each package.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes! But Canadian customers cannot place their orders through our website.
The ordering process is as follows:

- We'll send you a quote for the shipping costs
- Once you approve the shipping costs, we'll contact you and take your credit card over the phone, then ship your items
