SHIPPING PROCESS FOR ORIGINAL ART
Original artworks are shipped directly from the artist.
The artist is notified of your purchase automatically and will ship your item within 2-3 business days. Artwork may be shipped through the US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS depending on the artist’s preferred vendor, but it will always be insured so that it gets to you safely.
If you do not receive your original art purchase within 7-9 business days, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SHIPPING PROCESS FOR ALL OTHER ARTWORKS AND ACCESSORIES
Fine accessories, wooden cutting boards, jewelry, and limited edition prints are shipped directly from the Airstream Life Store in 1-2 business days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ARTWORK OR ACCESSORY ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Our artists follow common-sense packaging guidelines, as well as insure the artwork for damage.
If your artwork or accessory arrives damaged, please contact the Airstream Life Store, 802-877-2900 extension 1 or email@example.com, to coordinate the return.
Please do not ship the item back to us without first contacting us to arrange the return.
- Limited edition prints, jewelry, woodcraft, and accessories may be returned for 15 days after we’ve shipped your order.
- If we sent the wrong item or it was damaged in shipment, we will replace it at no cost once you’ve returned the original item. We will provide you with a return shipping label at our expense.
- If you return an item for any other reason, you have a choice: We’ll either issue you a credit for the full amount of your purchase, or a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. The credit must be used within one year.
- Original paintings and limited edition prints cannot be returned.

This ensures the item is shipped to the appropriate address and/or artist.
We respect your privacy and we do not share our mailing list, email addresses, or customer phone numbers with any outside parties.
Your credit card information is transmitted securely and, after processing, deleted. We don’t retain your credit card information for any reason. That’s why if you want to place another order we have to ask you for your credit card info again.
When you order, you may opt-in to our mailing list, which will bring you occasional news about specials and new products. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the top and bottom of these emails.
